MSC’s European customers depend on our Buchenau facilities for more than just product development and testing. Located in central Germany, MSC-Buchenau is a TS16949-certified facility equipped to provide Modal Analysis at the component and system level; material characterization; in house sample and production tool building; in-house stamping; and physical material testing.

The Center’s flexible, in-house machining and laser cutting capabilities also are available to quickly supply prototype tooling for proof-of-concept testing. Once a product design is accepted, Buchenau can supply production tooling to support volume manufacturing and even provide short runs of production parts using its in-house stamping capabilities.

MSC-Buchenau also maintains relationships with upstream and downstream partners who can supply everything from specialized materials to sophisticated post-manufacturing processes for customer parts.
