Comprehensive Capabilities and Quick Response for European Customers

MSC is a global supplier with Research & Development centers and support capabilities in North America, Europe and Asia to provide quick, local response to customer needs. Our Application Development Center in Buchenau, Germany has primary responsibilities for products used by European customers.

Located in central Germany, the Buchenau ADC is a TS16949-certified facility equipped to provide Modal Analysis at the component and system level; material characterization; in-house sample and production tool building; in-house stamping; and, physical material testing. Noise testing equipment includes a 220 kW Schenck corner dyno; two 186 kW, GMW14591 certified Link corner dynos; two ProLink systems; and an X-brake system.

The dynos are in fully climate controlled hemi-anechoic chambers and supported by in-house fixture building capabilities. The ProLink and X-brake system have both rigid and soft fixture capabilities, also supported in-house.

NVH test capabilities at Buchenau include: TRW matrix, TRW cold, SAE J2521 fade, SAE J2521 cold, MSC short Matrix, GMW 14591, and ContiTeves Standard module. Data can be supplied as EU NVH Graphics, NA NVH Graphics, or in virtually any other commonly used format.
